Inner-Harmony Academy

Hi! I'm DeAndra, feel free to call me ‘D’. For ten years, I had a successful career recruiting physicians and coaching them through transitioning to the next chapter of their lives. After a decade, I had checked off all of the boxes of the so-called American Dream... but I still felt unfulfilled and I knew there was so much more I wanted for my life. It felt like I was sleepwalking, and as the years went by, my dreams slipped further away... can you relate to that feeling?

Well, my wakeup call came in 2019 when I finalized my divorce, escaping a toxic marriage of alcoholism and emotional abuse. Finally, after nearly twenty years of struggle, I was a single mom of two pre-teens and free to live my life on my own terms!!

Nine days after my divorce was finalized, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

As you can imagine, the news hit me like a semitruck… I sincerely thought I was going to die before I had a chance to live. Two surgeries followed by many painful months of recovery gave me a lot of time to re-evaluate my life choices. I chose to listen to that still, small voice inside of me that encouraged me to follow my bliss.  Still, I felt lost and needed guidance on where to go next. I began training to become a Certified Life Coach. Through that experience, I discovered who I really am... and who I am not. Since then, my mission has been to empower women who, like me, found themselves waking up one day saying, "Is this is? There has to be more to life than this..."

Today, I work with professional women to help them become the next highest version of themselves.  We do this when we learn how to position inner-harmony as our single highest goal. Easier said than done, I know! That's why I created this course - to guide you through the four pillars of transformation step by step so you, too, can discover who you are, who you're not, and most importantly, who you are becoming! There is a clear path to manifesting the life of your dreams... creating more abundance, health and harmony is your birthright! it is my sincere honor to guide you on this journey!
